FABRIC CUTTING

Our cutting section is equipped with large spreading tables, fabric inspection systems, skilled cutters, and advanced cutting tools. We follow systematic processes—fabric relaxation, lay planning, spreading, marker placement, and precision cutting—to maintain accuracy, reduce losses, and prepare high-quality cut panels for stitching.

SAMPLING

Our company maintains a fully functional sampling department that handles proto samples, fit samples, size sets, salesman samples, and pre-production samples. With skilled tailors, pattern experts, and modern sewing machines, we ensure every sample is developed with accuracy. .

We create accurate samples that reflect the buyer’s specifications and ensure smooth approval before bulk production.


FUSING

Our company operates a well-managed fusing section with conveyor- type fusing machines and precise temperature, pressure, and timing controls. We ensure uniform bonding, no bubbling, and long-lasting stability of fused parts. Skilled operators monitor every batch to maintain high quality throughout production.


PANEL CHECKING

Our panel checking department follows a structured quality-control procedure that includes panel measurement verification, defect identification, shade grouping confirmation, notch alignment, and bundle preparation. This ensures that only flawless, correctly cut panels move forward to sewing, reducing rework and improving production efficiency.


SEWING

Our company has a fully equipped stitching department capable of producing a wide range of woven and knitted garments. Skilled operators, quality-checked processes, and modern machinery ensure smooth production, accurate stitching, and premium finishing. We focus on quality, consistency, and timely delivery.


CHECKING

Our checking department works through multiple levels—inline checking, end-line checking, and before final inspection. Each garment is examined for stitching accuracy, fabric defects, and measurements, trims, fusing quality, and finishing standards. Any defects are corrected immediately to ensure smooth delivery and reliable quality.


QUALITY ANALYSING

We follow a systematic quality assurance process that includes raw-material inspection, in-process checking, pre-final inspection, and final AQL-based checking. Our trained QC team uses measurement charts, workmanship guidelines, and buyer SOPs to maintain consistent quality across all styles. This ensures that every garment meets international standards before packing and dispatch.


FINISHING

Our finishing division handles garment checking, thread trimming, stain removal, ironing/pressing, measurement rechecking, and tag verification. Skilled operators ensure smooth finishing with neat presentation and wrinkle-free appearance. Only fully approved garments are sent to the packing department.


PACKING

The packing department operates with a structured process that includes folding as per buyer specs, polybag packing, heat-sealing, size assortment, carton filling, metal detection (if required), and carton strapping. We ensure accurate labeling, moisture control, and secure packaging for safe delivery across domestic and international markets.
